Service Outline

GCP CONNECTION SERVICE is a service that provides a highly reliable network connection between the "Google Cloud Platform" and the customer site, data center or other on-premises environment in Japan.

GCP CONNECTION SERVICE uses our carrier and enterprise telecommunications service "BroadLine" to connect to the customer site, and Google Cloud Platform's enterprise-grade network services "Google Carrier Interconnect" to deliver a high-quality broadband connection between the customer network and the Google Cloud Platform. The connection speed to the Google Cloud Platform can be selected from 10 Mbps up to 1 Gbps. Services can also be customized to suit customer requirements, including supplying a redundant configuration to ensure better reliability, or running and managing the router used to connect to sites.

As a Google Cloud Platform technology partner, we offer the best possible connection to suit customer requirements and operating environment. We can also reduce customer data transmission costs as a Google Carrier Interconnect service provider.

• Routers can be supplied to customer sites (optional service).
• Costs related to the Google Cloud Platform are required separately (direct contract between Google and customers).

Delivering reliable telecommunications

We have multiple connection points that are connected directly to Google's network with broadband connections. These networks are used to provide a high-capacity telecommunication service with excellent reliability and stability between the customer and the Google Cloud Platform. The relay network guarantees the customer's subscribed connection speed, making for extremely reliable telecommunications (excludes Type-F access lines for RELATION ETHERNET).

Provide wide range of connection speeds and bandwidth

GCP CONNECTION SERVICE guarantees the connection speed between customer sites and the Google network, with a wide range of connection speeds available from 10 Mbps up to 1 Gbps. Customers are able to select the most appropriate connection speed to suit their usage patterns and budget.

Cutting back data transmission costs

Our company is a Google Carrier Interconnect service provider. The use of Google Cloud Platform's enterprise-grade network services "Google Carrier Interconnect" helps to cut back data transmission costs between customers and the Google Cloud Platform.
